Pivach Properties was established in October of 2012 by its founder, Stephen Pivach.  For 9 years, Pivach Associates operated under the initial banner, serving clients throughout Central Texas.  In 2021, the firm was acquired by Compass Real Estate, and has expanded services throughout the U.S.  Looking well beyond the transaction, Pivach Advisors create a custom “business plan” for each one of our clients, including: SWOT analysis, TCG identification, Marketing Matrix, and more. This plan combined with tactical marketing ensures that the clients' needs are fully met, and their expectations are exceeded every time.
